My service advisor, Mike took really good care of me making sure I had transportation from the dealership back to my camper and then back to the dealership when my truck was repaired. The repair took 2 days but the mechanic was very thorough and did an excellent job.
Having purchased an F350 Super Duty truck and having my service done at Lithia I am very satisfied with both the sales and service experience.
Timely fix of a "modem" that needed to be reset. They provided an uber to take me home from the dealership, and then again back to the dealership that afternoon. Much better solution than the courtesy van.

I disliked the parts counter girl. She reminded me of Isabella from 2-1/2 men. I however did like the fact that they had an acoustic guitar for all to play in the waiting room!

A good team to get my car, take me home, the car in to the rear view mirror specialist then oil change and pick me up. All costs covered with life time oil changes and just a little glue to fix the rear view mirror back in place.
Went in for an oil change and it was quick and easy! Caden made sure it was taken care of and answered any questions I needed! Will definitely return again

We came that morning and thought we would be leaving in a few hours we had never been there over3/4 hours the sesrvice manager stated it would be 2 or 3 days I was shocked he saw my concern we live in Emmett he said he would talk to his technician and they would try to get us out by 5 he called me several times that day and he told me I could come pick our car up at 5 he was so helpful and did everything he could to get us up by 5

KJ was fabulous to work with. He kept me up to date on the progress of my repair and was so kind and helpful! He went far above and beyond to make sure that every concern was addressed and all work was completed! He is truly the best service advisor that I’ve worked with! My car is like new again. They did an amazing job with my repair.
The mechanic Paul did wonderful work however the lack of enthusiasm to find the part was quite lacking. I myself found the part online in less than 5 minutes after I was told the part was unavailable. You the dealership wanted to have the part custom made at a price of about $600 compared to the $80 for the part I had to find, purchase and secure shipping for. The price for the services provided was in my opinion quite inflated considering I had to research the part and all that is involved in doing such.

The service department did a great job working on our 2017 Transit van but I feel the company should give their customers a heads up when they decide to start charging a service fee on charge cards before you go to pick up your vehicle! Just saying….

Bought a Bronco back in January for the wife and worked with Kris, made it the smoothest purchase ever. Fast forward to today, I’ve been wanting an F150 for a while and went over to Kendall Ford because they had the setup I wanted in the color I wanted. They offered me $1000 less than what the lower end was on the kbb value for my trade in and didn’t come anywhere close to my asked for monthly payment (>300 over). I worked really well with Steve Kent at this location. He helped us get into a reasonable vehicle and price we could work with! What really stood out is his composure and calmness in speaking with us as customers. Companies tend to hire people who are similar in virtue and that puts no doubt to me that anyone we could have worked with that day would have been as calm, collected, and well mannered as Steve!

Lithia Ford Boise is fantastic to work with! Their communication throughout the day of service is top notch. They continously keep you updated. I love that they send you a video of the full inspection! It's like you are there and can really understand what and why they are recommending what they are. Also, the shuttle service is awesome. Highly recommend!

The Ford service was amazing! We took our Ford diesel in because of a service light and they jumped right on it. Jarrod diagnosed the problem in the parking lot and then took it in and repaired it quickly without an appointment. Amazing customer service! Will definitely come there in the future!
Huge shout out to Teddy and the service team for helping us out when the seatbelt got stuck while installing a new baby car seat base. Not only were they so much easier to work with than Kendall but they left the base installed lifting a huge load off of us these days. Will for sure return to Lithia when it’s time to upgrade or service.
