I've been at Lithia for about 13 years. Here at Boise Ford, I'm the Warranty Administrator. I submit all the claims for vehicle engine repair or other kinds of repairs covered under factory warranty. I am a perfectionist ? I'm very picky about paperwork, doing things accurately, the way the factory wants me to do it. I really like the people that I work with at Lithia Ford of Boise - the people keep me coming back every day.

I sell cars, trucks and SUVs at Boise Ford . I've been here for about eight years and I love it. I'm a real people person, pretty easy to talk with. I like to hang loose and be comfortable. I make my customers laugh, a lot! Right now, I'm taking care of my friend's Boxer and I love him. I've been feeding him really healthy. I have two indoor kitties, Jasmine Rice because I love eating rice and Tiger for Tiger Balm because I work out a lot. The kitties are not very happy with me. I adopted them from the Humane Society ? I'm a real animal lover!

I am the Certified SYNC Specialist. Ford SYNC is a factory-installed, fully integrated in-vehicle communications and entertainment system that allows users to make hands-free telephone calls and control music and other functions using voice commands. I do the "MyRide Session" for customers who have purchased a new Ford or Lincoln. It comes on a variety of Fords and Lincolns 2008 and newer. I'm pretty technologically challenged and if I can do it, anyone can. It is pretty user friendly; it just takes a little time and practice. I've worked with people forever, and here I get to work with people and play with the new gadgets. SYNC is a cool, new toy!

I'm the marketing assistant and work with Eldon Harston, getting information and reports ready for store visits. I've been in Boise since last August - I moved here for Boise State University, studying Radiology. I like everything about the human body and learning about it. It's so complex, lots of different functions and organ systems that keep your body running. How your body moves and works and functions. I love this city! I'm from a small town up north, Sand Point, Idaho. We had a movie theater and that was it. Lots more options in Boise.
